When Dawn Veliz, an Allweather Roof employee for over 15 years sat down and read the Star Tribune in 2011 and came across the “Top Places To Work” edition of the Star Tribune she thought Allweather Roof would easily make the cut. Dawn was correct! It is the “family feel” of the organization that Dawn thought would make Allweather Roof an easy draw for one of Minnesota’s top places to work. Allweather Roof employs close to 100 employees and it is that family or teamwork feel that keeps us all going through the thick and thin of business. “That family feel rubs off on our customers,” said Ken Sorensen the president of Allweather Roof. We take it to heart when a customer is in need to service and will respond as if it is our own family member or teammate. The camaraderie is what keeps the team together and our customers coming back.
